NEW YORK (June 4, 2012) – TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC, the world’s largest digital recruitment advertising agency, announced today that it will provide social, mobile, video and gaming recruiting expertise during the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ (NACE) Global Campus Recruitment Symposium and the NACE 2012 Conference and Expo, taking place in Las Vegas from Monday, June 11 through Friday, June 15, 2012.

During the event, TMP Worldwide will lead three sessions discussing how technological advancements, in social, mobile and gamificiation have changed the manner in which hiring companies source and recruit job candidates.

At the NACE Global Recruitment Symposium, Steven Ehrlich, Global Vice President of Client Development and Campus Recruiting, Darren Harris, head of Graduate and Future Talent at aia Worldwide in London, and Yazad Dalal, acting general manager for TMP India, will illustrate how today’s leading multinational companies are successfully using social and mobile technology in a workshop titled “Is The Social Revolution Over?” Attendees will learn how social strategies change on a global basis and how to develop and implement a global mobile and social strategy for campus recruiting. Monday, June 11, 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.

At the NACE Conference & Expo, Ehrlich joins Kirk Baumann of SIFE and Ed Koc of NACE to discuss “Social & Mobile Recruiting” and how students, recruiters and career services professionals are using social and mobile technology to engage their audiences. Wednesday, June 13, 3:45 – 5:00 p.m.

During “The Gamification Dilemma,” Louis Vong, Vice President of Digital Strategy for TMP Worldwide, will explain how employers use gaming techniques and mechanics to attract and engage job candidates and to better connect with existing employees, what to avoid and how to determine the audience profiles of those who are gaming. Thursday, June 14, 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.

To further emphasize the growing importance of gaming, TMP along with HireVue, providers of a groundbreaking new way to interview job candidates – on demand, will be conducting a socially enabled mobile game during the conference. To play the game, players must locate three TMP employees and one HireVue employee who will drop clues on Foursquare, Twitter, Facebook and the HireVue platform about where they are located. Once all four employees are located, participants will be placed into a drawing to win an iPad and other prizes. The winners will be announced at the conclusion of “The Gamification Dilemma” session.

“It’s no secret that college campuses are hotbeds for recruiting and will continue to be a crucial resource for finding tomorrow’s leaders,” said Ehrlich. “As competition for top talent only gets more heated, employers need to approach recruiting using new tools – including social, mobile, video and gaming technologies. TMP’s unique combination of creative, software and social expertise enable employers to incorporate the latest strategies and platforms into their recruiting practices, helping them attract and engage the newest entrants to the workforce.”
