NEW YORK, NY--(Jul 14, 2015) - TMP Worldwide, a global innovator in talent acquisition technology and marketing services, today announced the appointment of recruiting industry veteran Brian Di Bartolomeo as vice president of Client Strategy. Leveraging deep expertise in helping organizations attract, hire, retain and inspire talent growth across the digital landscape, Di Bartolomeo will be instrumental in advancing TMP Worldwide's position as the industry's market leader.

Given his extensive background in talent acquisition technology, Di Bartolomeo is a natural fit for TMP Worldwide. Di Bartolomeo's familiarity with recruiting software, digital marketing and emerging trends will be crucial in helping TMP Worldwide's clients adopt the solutions and strategies that can bring their talent acquisition practices to the next level.

Trained as an industrial organizational psychologist, Di Bartolomeo previously served as general manager for a talent acquisition technology provider and managing director for an employer branding firm. He is also the vice president of the Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychologists (CIOP). Earlier in his career, he was the director of Talent Intelligence and Consulting at CareerBuilder, and a senior project director for Lightspeed Research. Di Bartolomeo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial organizational psychology from John Carroll University, and a Master of Arts degree in industrial organizational psychology and an MBA in management, both from Elmhurst College.
